LIVIN is a non-profit mental health organisation that was founded in 2013 in loving memory of a good man Dwayne Lally who took his own life after living in silence with a mental illness. Our Vision: We want the world to accept that It Aint Weak to Speak Why: Like a lot of people, Dwayne lived in silence because he thought it was weak to ask for help. That is why LIVIN was formed.
We are breaking the stigma of mental health, improving Mental health through early prevention and intervention initiatives. Education is at the core of everything that we do at LIVIN. Through our apparel, events and social media, we are helping get our message out there. These take centre stage with our LIVINWell program, a mental health education and stigma reduction program designed to teach people how to look after themselves and others, and to encourage people to speak up and seek help, which we deliver all around the country. We believe that with education comes understanding, with understanding comes acceptance and with acceptance comes hope. And where there’s hope, there’s life - there’s people LIVIN, not dying!

"In early 2022, I struggled with some mental health issues of my own and learnt a great deal during that time and after. It taught me, that reaching out when you need help is so important and can make all the difference in your quality of life moving forward. A big lesson for me, was to be more understanding with people when they may not seem themselves, you never know what someone is going through behind closed doors. When I reached out to LIVIN, I was welcomed immediately. There was a shared understanding and respect. The Team at LIVIN have been so supportive in my vision to help spread awareness for mental health throughout the Motorsport industry. They have given me the honor of becoming a 'LIVIN Mental Health Advocate' which is a responsibility I am so proud to take on."
